We had an awesome vacation with friends! The hotel was cozy and perfect for our group. We visited Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone, which were just a short drive away. The staff was super helpful in letting us know about local events. It's worth noting that breakfast was basic but served its purpose!

The elevator was pretty slow, which was a bit annoying when we were in a hurry.

I loved the spacious loft suite that came with a balcony, perfect for enjoying the quiet atmosphere after a day of exploring the nearby antler arches and the charming town square, which were just a short stroll away, making it so easy to soak in the sights and sounds of Jackson.

Our room was large with incredibly comfortable beds. I loved the spacious restroom with modern furniture, really adds to the experience.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still decent considering the quality of the place.

The laundry in the room was a lifesaver during our stay! 😅 We had everything we needed, but the tiny parking situation was a real hassle.

The Loft Suite offered a full kitchen with all the essentials, including a spacious refrigerator with an ice maker and a washer/dryer combo, which was a pleasant surprise. We encountered several issues that put a damper on our stay, like the underground parking being out of service during our visit, which would have offered a great solution for the icy conditions. The breakfast situation was underwhelming—starting later would be more suitable for early risers. The offerings lacked variety and quality. Accessing the building behind the main hotel was a hassle since we couldn't get into our kids' rooms without them letting us in, which isn't ideal. Also, a covered walkway between buildings would help a lot, especially in bad weather. Overall, these elements felt out of sync with the price point.
